Let the passionate cuisinier, host and multiple winner of the title Chef of the Year Christian Bau transport you to entirely new culinary horizons – from Paris to Tokyo. His cuisine combines French influences with the taste experiences, techniques and traditions of Japan. This results in an unmistakeable signature and his very own style: bau.stil.

Bacchus

In the Bacchus restaurant, named after the Roman god of wine, you will experience a culinary journey of pleasure right through the upscale Italian cuisine. Fine fish and meat variations, light pasta dishes and also fantastically sweet desserts let you float in higher spheres here. Brasserie CHEZ VICTOR'S

Enjoy genuine German-French specialities in the elegant ambience of the Belle Époque in our Brasserie Parisienne. In good weather you are also welcome to sit on our sunny terrace with fabulous views of the fountains in the German-French Garden. Or would you rather be somewhere cosy? Then come and sample the rustic atmosphere in our Rustikale Stube. After your meal and to mark the end of the day, you can raise a glass (or two) in style in VICTOR'S BAR or the elegant Salon Rouge.

And all that in a cool ambience – truly the "American Dream"!
