Just enjoy the flavour of our own dry aged beef as it melts in your mouth – air-dried for 21 days and unbelievably aromatic. Or enjoy a succulent Ibérico pork, Black Angus or Welsh lamb steak – cooked in front of you on a lava stone to the exact level you want.
