Very good. If the restaurant had been better it would have been a 5 out of 5 but will have to say 4.5-4.7 out of 5 on our rating. Would definitely stay again. Access to everything we needed was right there.

We had a nice stay. The Hotel is clean and looks very nice and some of the basic facilties are really good (great bed, shower and very good wifi). We did not like the noisy street even though the rooms are pretty good isolated

extremely disappointed. Have not slept for 3 nights that I spent there. Very hot, extremely laud, even opening windows did not ensure having fresh air in the room. I was sweating in the room and all the time I spent in the conference. I am happy to be back home and be able to relax and get some sleep.

We booked Victor´s simply because we didn´t have a choice. We did not have great expectations. The location is fabulous - less than 5 min walk from the main station. The check-in process was super smooth. The room is clean and well-kept but small. The bathroom was clean and simple - just as how it should be. Given that we spent essentially an evening and checked out next day early morning - our overall experience is very limited.

One of the most friendliest and welcoming hotels the BFG have ever stayed in. Perfect location. The was not the plastic fake smiles of many 'chain hotels', the staff were genuinely helpful

It was ok, but there is no gym and that is really a must nowadays in a hotel with more than 3 stars.

We were there for 4 days over Christmas, so the place was pretty empty and the restaurant was closed except for breakfast. We asked ahead of time and were given a list of restaurants that were open Dec 23-26, and we were able to make reservations. The suggested restaurants were very good. Hotel staff was competent but no one went out of their way to be friendly. Definitely a good value for the price we paid, however.
