Dear guest Thank you for taking the time to rate us. We are sorry about your disappointment regarding your stay in our hotel. We always strive to offer the best service possible therefore we are very sorry we did not live up to your expectations. The decor of our villa is inspired by the Romans, who lived in the area, and chosen with great care. The rooms have different designs and color schemes. The room you stayed in looks exactly like the picture on our website from where you have booked. Therefore we are sad that the decor is not your taste. We have received the 5-star superior seal of quality from the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA). Over all grea but the service could be improved. We checked out on a Saturday and I heard the older LAdy, probably the manager, tell tourists to go to Luxembourg for shopping. ALL is closed in Luxembourg so they need to do their research before telling people to travel 40 min and all is closed. SHe was very rud to another couple asking for umbrellas and in general a bad attitude. The check out was a mess, I think the young lady just started and she over charged me and had no idea what she was doing It toog about 30 min to get it all done, another woman had to help her redo it all and then there was some other problems....

Please understand that our new staff still has to learn the procedures and that there may be delays from time to time. The restaurant, Victor's, was excellent in every way. The hotel was a disappointment. I thought, from the pictures of the website, that I would be sleeping at the Schloss, not at some 80s addition. The boxspring bed/sheets are excellent but the decoration is dated and too Arab (fake gold and silver everywhere is not luxury).

Great. Services are amazing. Only downside for me is the style of the room, which is for me a bit old fashion, but i don't think i'm the direct target of the hotel. For my professional use, this hotel is perfect. Employee are very though-full and friendly, which needs to be underline.
