The welcome and organization of the conference always takes place with the person responsible for booking. There is a weekly schedule that changes daily for our coffee breaks. The hotel is generally good but cleaness and noisy rooms could be improved. When we go to a hotel we go to sleep therefore the room must have a good sound proof.

Best location and Hotel in town with a wonderful staff, extremely helpful. A special mention for Raphael the Head of Gathering at the Brasserie, the main restaurant, who has always been extremely kind and professional, measuring up to the highest standards of hospitality, although the Hotel was packed with guests attending a conference.
